Axle swinging limiting mechanism

Abstract

An axle swinging limiting mechanism, belonging to a limiting mechanism of an engineering machinery, includes a fan-shaped block, a limiting plate, a shaft and an axle body; the shaft passes through the axle body; the fan-shaped block is connected on the axle body on the edge of the shaft end portion; the limiting plate is connected on the shaft end portion; notches are disposed on the limiting plate; the fan-shaped block is positioned in notches of the limiting plate; the fan-shaped block and the limiting plate are in a bidirectional swinging limit through an angle difference between the fan-shaped block and the limiting plate; the fan-shaped block is fixed on the axle body, rotates and swings along with the axle body; the limiting plate is provided with symmetrical notches, is fixed on the end surface of the shaft through a bolt and is a stationary portion in the swinging limiting mechanism; the fan-shaped block is installed in notches of the limiting plate; and when the axle rotates to a prescribed limiting angle around the shaft, the fan-shaped block and edges of notches on the limiting plate are completely attached so as to limit. The axle swinging limiting mechanism has simple structure and high universality, and is applicable to a drive axle, a brake axle or a driven axle of a tyred beam carrier; and parts are economically to process and convenient to be installed, adjusted and replaced.
一种车桥摆动限位机构,属于工程机械的限位机构。包括扇形块、限位板、轴和桥体,轴穿过桥体,在轴端部边缘的桥体上连接有扇形块,在轴端部连接有限位板,限位板上有豁口,扇形块位于限位板的豁口内。扇形块和限位板,通过扇形块与限位板之间的角度差实现双向摆动限位;扇形块固定在桥体上,随桥体旋转、摆动;限位板带有对称豁口,通过螺栓固定在轴的端面上,为摆动限位机构中固定不动部分;扇形块安装于限位板的豁口内;当桥围绕轴旋转到设定限位角度时,扇形块与限位板豁口的边缘完全贴合而限位。优点:整个机构设计简单,通用性高,适用于轮胎式运梁车的驱动桥、制动桥或从动桥,各零件加工经济性好,便于安装与调整,也便于更换。
