Abstract

本实用新型公开了金属模垂直分型多组合锤头模具,包括金属制成的模体:模体内有若干空腔,每个空腔间均通过流道相互连通,模体上端设有砂型冒口,砂型冒口中间开有若干通孔,所述通孔与所述空腔一一对应并相连通。本实用新型不需要造型砂,水玻璃,二氧化碳等铸造材料,节约成本;其工艺简单,更易于实现机械化和自动化生产;在成型过程中产生激冷工艺,使锤头内部结晶组织更加细密,均匀,使锤头的耐磨性,耐冲击力大大提高,锤头表面光滑,粗糙值小,力学性能好。
The utility model discloses a multi-combined hammer die for vertical parting of a metal mold which includes a mold body manufactured by metal; a plurality of empty cavities are arranged in the mold body; all the empty cavities are mutually communicated by runners; a sand mold dead head is arranged at the upper end of the mold body; the middle of the sand mold dead head is provided with a plurality of through holes; and the through holes are communicated with the empty cavities one by one.
