Abstract

The utility model relates to a shock absorber which mainly comprises a hollow piston connecting rod, a shock absorption spring, a sealing ring, a piston, a buffering ring, an air cylinder, a dustproof sealing ring, a shock absorption head and an air nozzle. An inflating hole is formed in the shock absorption head; an air nozzle connecting hole is in threaded connection with the air nozzle; the air cylinder is in threaded connection with the shock absorption head; the dustproof sealing ring is arranged at the tail end of the air cylinder; the buttering ring is sleeved on the hollow piston connecting rod; threads outside the hollow piston connecting rod are in threaded connection with the piston; the shock absorption spring is arranged in an inner hole of the hollow piston connecting rod; the hollow piston connecting rod is internally arranged in the air cylinder; and the buffering ring avoids the collision and the abrasion among all metal parts. The shock absorption spring plays a shock absorption role; air pressure in a closed air chamber plays double shock absorption roles; and a bicycle and an electric vehicle are more comfortable and stable when in use through double shock absorption.
本实用新型涉及一种避震器,主要是由空心活塞连杆、避震弹簧、密封圈、活塞、缓冲环、气缸、防尘密封圈、避震头、气嘴组成,避震头内设有打气孔,气嘴连接孔与气嘴螺纹连接,气缸与避震头螺纹连接,气缸末端带有防尘密封圈,缓冲环套在空心活塞连杆上,空心活塞连杆外有螺纹与活塞螺纹连接,空心活塞连杆内孔设有避震弹簧,将空心活塞连杆内置于气缸内,缓冲环避免各金属部件之间的碰撞及磨损。避震弹簧起到了减震的效果,密封气室的气压起到双重的减震效果,通过双重减震使得自行车和电动车在使用时更加舒适、安稳。
