Abstract

The utility model provides a planetary gear type inner and outer ring mold pressing mechanism for compressing and forming straw particles. A forming part comprises a forming outer ring mold and at least a pressing roll; a plurality of radial forming holes are uniformly distributed on the forming outer ring mold along the circumferential direction; bulges are uniformly distributed on the lateral wall of the disc-shaped pressing roll along the circumferential direction to form pressing mold teeth; the pressing mold teeth are matched with the orifice shape and the space of the forming holes; when the pressing roll rolls along the inner circumferential wall of the forming outer ring mold, orifices of the forming holes are pressed in sequence to form an engagement structure; and a transmission part at least comprises a center driving gear; and the center driving gear is placed at the circle center of the forming outer ring mold and combined with the pressing roll to drive a pressing mold to roll along the inner circumferential wall of the forming outer ring mold. The planetary gear type inner and outer ring mold pressing mechanism has the advantages of compact structure and small volume, greatly improves the production efficiency of the straw particles and reduces the production energy consumption, In the practical application, the planetary gear type inner and outer ring mold pressing mechanism can form a smashing and forming integrated machine through matching a smashing part and a transmission system and can be applied to vast rural areas and remote mountainous areas.
本实用新型提供一种用于秸秆颗粒压缩成型的行星轮式内外环模加压模机构,其中的成型部分包括一成型外环模和至少一个压辊,成型外环模沿其周向均布若干径向成型孔,圆盘状的压辊的侧壁上沿其周向均布凸起构成压模齿,压模齿与所述成型孔的孔口形状以及间距相匹配,当压辊沿成型外环模的内圆周壁滚动时,依次压入成型孔的孔口构成啮合结构;传动部分至少包括一中心主动齿轮,其置于成型外环模的圆心上,与压辊结合而带动该压模沿成型外环模的内圆周壁滚动。本机构大大地提高秸秆颗粒的生产效率,降低生产能耗,结构紧凑,体积小巧。实际应用中,本机构配以粉碎部件及动力系统,就可组成一部粉碎成型一体机,可应用于我国广大农村和偏远山区。
